Adding some baking soda to a bowl of water to wash your fruits and even vegetables will get your fruits and vegetables clean.
But another solution you can use is apple cider vinegar added to the water in a bowl or in the sink to wash the fruits and vegetables with.
Apple Cider Vinegar contains antibacterial properties which can kill off bacteria that may be on the fruits or vegetables.
Just let your fruits or vegetables sit in the apple cider vinegar and water for around 10 to 15 minutes and then gently scrub them with a vegetable brush and rinse them off with plain water.
The apple cider vinegar will also remove any pesticides from the fruits and vegetables as well.
