You cannot safely drink 13 bangs in one day or in a short time as it can be very dangerous and even life threatening.

Bang energy drinks just like other energy drinks are high in caffeine content and can cause severe health consequences when consumed in excess

Just one Bang energy drink contains as much as 300 mg of caffeine which is a lot and when you multiply that by 13 you get 3,900 mg of caffeine which is way too much caffeine even for a healthy adult.

Consuming 13 Bang energy drinks with a total of 3,900 mg of caffeine can lead to rapid or irregular heartbeats, high blood pressure and cardiac arrest, anxiety, stroke and seizures, nausea, vomiting and stomach pain and in extreme cases an overdose of caffeine can even be fatal and cause death.

Energy drinks are okay in moderation but consuming them in excess can be detrimental to your health and especially if you're younger.

The reason why you need ID for energy drinks is because of the high caffeine content in energy drinks which can be harmful to children and minors.

Although there's no federal law that requires ID for energy drink purchases in the United States, some places have their own local restrictions and some stores often choose to require ID for purchases of energy drinks when someone doesn't appear to be over a certain age.

Children should not drink monsters or other energy drinks especially if they are under 12 years of age as the energy drinks contain high levels of caffeine and other ingredients which can be harmful to a child's body and brain that is still developing.

Monster energy drinks have a high caffeine content, which can lead to adverse effects in children, including sleep disturbances, anxiety, jitters and an increased heart rate.

A child's body and brain is still developing and it makes them more sensitive to the effects of the caffeine and other substances that are found in energy drinks.

Children under 12 should not consume drinks containing caffeine which includes energy drinks and coffee etc.

And kids or adolescents 12 to 18 should limit their consumption of caffeine to less than 100 milligrams per day.

Energy drinks also contain sugar and artificial sweeteners which can also be detrimental to a 12 year olds and other children's health.

A 12 year old drinking one or half of a energy drink is often fine as long as they are drinking other healthy drinks.

A 12 year old and other age children should be drinking more water, tea, milk or other healthy beverages and not just energy drinks.
