Is it safe to eat the skin on salmon?

Yes you can safely eat the skin on the Salmon as long as you've fully cooked the Salmon and cooked it in the correct way.

You can either remove the salmon skin and eat it separately or eat the salmon skin while it's still on the Salmon.

I personally like to remove the Salmon skin and dip it separately into some ranch dressing and it tastes great to me.

Salmon with ranch dressing is also great.
