Skipping eating Breakfast if done every morning can increase your risk for heart disease, High Blood Pressure, diabetes, High Cholesterol, Obesity and make you more likely to gain weight.

Eating breakfast every morning can help ward off potential diseases that you may get and help improve your mood and make you more alert during the day.

Even just eating a quick bowl of cereal or some eggs and toast can help your health out instead of skipping breakfast.

I always try to get up early enough before work to make and eat breakfast but sometimes I do skip it but shouldn't.

When I do eat breakfast before work I feel more energized when I do arrive at work but when I don't eat breakfast I'm not as energetic at work in the morning until I eat my lunch and then become energetic.
