Although Canola Oil has been said to be the better cooking oil when cooking foods that need cooking oil the Canola Oil has caused some problems in some people such as heart disease, Kidney Disease, Liver Problems and neurological health problems.
Canola Oil has also been shown to cause High Blood Pressure, Hypertension as well as strokes.
But those problems usually only affect those who'm already have high blood pressure or had a stroke.
Although I've been using Canola Oil for years and have good health so I wouldn't be too scared about it.
To stay healthy you should not overeat on fried foods or any foods that require cooking with cooking oil
Eat other healthy things and exercise and you'll likely stay healthy and live a normal lifespan.
Although a few other alternative healthier cooking oils are coconut oil and Olive oil if you don't want to cook with Canola Oil.
