Mexican Doritos are slightly different than American Doritos.

The Mexican Doritos have a stronger concentration of flavor and a greater focus on the cheese and Jalapeno aspects than American Doritos have.

Mexican Doritos have more heat and are hotter in taste than normal American Doritos are.

Doritos are healthy when eaten in moderation but eating too much Doritos can be unhealthy as they are junk food and really provide no real health benefits.
