When you eat too many Doritos they can lead to negative health effects which include inflammation, diabetes, migraines, arthritis, asthma, Celiac disease, mental illness, weight gain, possible heart disease, stroke, heart attack etc.

Doritos can make you gain weight as Doritos contain hydrogenated oil and dyes such as Yellow dye 5, Yellow Dye 6 and Red Dye 50 and all the GMOs and additives can easily lead to weight gain.

Doritos are healthy when eaten in moderation but eating too much Doritos can be unhealthy as they are junk food and really provide no real health benefits.

Doritos are slightly healthier than regular potato chips.

However when it comes to healthy chips freshly baked potato chips are healthier than most other potato chips and Doritos.
