Tostitos are not bad for you when you eat them in moderation although they are still considered junk food and contain lots of sodium and calories so they can be bad for you when you eat too many of them or eat the Tostitos too often.

Tostitos are not high in fat but instead Tostitos are low in saturated fat and contain no trans fat, no preservatives and also contain only 3 ingredients which include oil, corn and salt.

A serving of 7 Tostitos chips contains 140 calories although the same serving also has 18 grams of net carbs that puts an 18 ounce bag of Tostitos chips at 325 calories.
