Bananas with seeds are the same as no seeds.

And bananas don't have seeds because they don't need them.

Because all bananas have been propagated vegetatively (as this process is called), all bananas are sterile clones, and just about all of the bananas you find in the grocery store are a single breed, Cavendish.

You should eat the bottom of a banana as it contains nutrients just like the other parts of the banana.

However if you don't want to eat the bottom of the banana then you don't have too.

There is nor harm in eating the black tip of the banana but most people throw it out.

You can eat the black bananas from the fridge as they are safe to eat and still edible when they turn black.

It is OK to eat the black part of a banana although they are not as tasty and nutritious but black bananas and the black part of the banana is edible.

You can eat a black banana although the taste won't be as good and they are not as nutritious although black bananas are safe to eat.

However if the bananas contain any mold or smell rotten or have a black center then they should not be eaten.

The string in the middle of a banana is phloem which is there to distribute the nutrients up and down the banana as the banana grows.

The string in the banana is edible and healthy and they contain fiber.

Red inside a banana means the banana has a fungal disease called Nigrospora that causes the center of the banana to turn dark red.

The Nigrospora disease can infect fruit including bananas that grow in tropical climates.

Other things that can cause red in bananas are Mokillo, moko and blood disease bacterium that are bacterial diseases which can lead to the red color in bananas.

Bananas are a fruit and not a nut although bananas are considered herbaceous or non woody but they have no relation to ground or tree nuts.

Some health benefits of bananas include.

Bananas are respectable sources of vitamin C.
Manganese in bananas is good for your skin.
Potassium in bananas is good for your heart health and blood pressure.
Bananas can aid digestion and help beat gastrointestinal issues.
Bananas give you energy – minus the fats and cholesterol.

Eating to 1 to 2 bananas per day shouldn't cause issues for most people.

However bananas are relatively high in carbohydrates, so eating them along with protein or fat is also advisable to support stable energy levels.

Bananas are one of the healthiest fruits in the world because they are packed full of vitamins and minerals – especially potassium, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.

Your stomach takes a long time to digest a banana.

The B-vitamins in bananas, like folate and vitamin B6, are key to the production of serotonin, which can help improve your mood and reduce anxiety.

For an extra stress-busting boost, top bananas with almond, peanut, or cashew butter.

On top of that, our body's metabolism is at its lowest in the night.

Therefore, one should ideally consume bananas in the morning or the evening and must avoid eating them at night.

Despite some negative attention, bananas are nutritious and may even carry the title of the first “superfood,” endorsed by the American Medical Association in the early 20th century as a health food for children and a treatment for celiac disease.

It is recommended to wait for at least 15-20 minutes to drink water after eating a banana.
