The difference between Tempeh and Tofu is that Tempeh is fermented into a firm dense chewy cake that tastes nuttier than tofu and Tempeh contains more protein, Vitamins and dietary fiber than Tofu.
Tempeh also contains less fat so it's also healthier to eat than Tofu is.
