You can use lemon to make curd.

In addition to lemon, you can also make curd with grapefruit, lime, Meyer lemon, passionfruit, and/or orange juice.

Simply substitute equal amounts of one juice for another.

You can also experiment with using the juice from other fruits, like berries, as long as you add a few tablespoons of lemon juice.
