The states that do not require a permit to carry concealed are the state of Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.
Depending on the state as long as you're 19 or above or 21 and above then you don't require a permit to conceal carry a gun in those states.

There's 9 states that I know of that do not require a person to have a permit to carry a handgun either concealed or opening but you must abide by all local, state and even Federal laws when carrying the gun without a permit and you must be legally able to have a firearm in your possession and it must also be registered legally in your name.
