To turn dairy milk or milk chocolate into liquid chocolate you can use a double boiler to melt the chocolate into liquid without burning it.

If you don't have a double boiler, it is very easy to make one.

Just add a bit of water to a sauce pan and place a heat resistant bowl on top so it is resting on the edges of the pan, but not touching the water.

Heat water on low.

Put chopped chocolate or chocolate chips in the bowl, stir often, and watch it melt.

To turn dairy milk into liquid chocolate you can make dairy chocolate from milk and blend milk and sugar and gently mix them with chocolate liquor and cocoa powder.

Then the mixture is dried and becomes a milk chocolate crumbly powder.

The main ingredients in a standard milk chocolate product are ground cocoa nibs, cocoa butter, milk solids, sugar and an emulsifier.

In order to be considered milk chocolate the candy must contain 12 percent or more milk.

This could be milk powder, liquid milk or condensed milk.

The dairy in milk chocolate gives it creamy, mouth-watering taste.

White chocolate contains even more milk than milk chocolate, usually more than 14 percent!

Chocolate milk is made by adding sugar and cocoa to white milk.

Remember mixing up your own at home by adding a little chocolate syrup to your milk?

A similar process happens when your favorite brands mix up their chocolate milk and sell it in stores.

There are three main types of chocolate — white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate.

Everyone has their favorite, go-to flavor.
