A Honey Baked Ham should only sit out at room temperature for up to 2 hours.

After 2 hours the Honey Baked ham can grow bacteria and could make you sick so never leave the honey baked ham out longer than 2 hours.

It is not OK to leave ham out overnight as bacteria can grow on the ham when left out overnight at room temperature longer than 2 hours.

You should always refrigerate the ham if not eating or serving it within 2 hours and if left out longer than 2 hours it could be bad and could make you sick.

Ham is good for up to 3 days in the refrigerator after cooked and up to 3 months in the freezer.

When storing cooked ham in the refrigerator or freezer be sure to store the ham in tightly wrapped plastic wrap or aluminum foil or in an airtight container.

Cooked ham will last out of the fridge for up to 2 hours before it starts to grow bacteria.

Cooked ham can be left out at room temperature for up to 2 hours.

If not eating or serving the cooked ham within 2 hours it should be kept in the refrigerator and any leftover cooked ham that has been left out longer than 2 hours should not be eaten as it could make you sick.

You can refreeze the cooked ham twice before it loses it's flavor and has a change in texture and appearance.

While you can refreeze the cooked ham more than twice it's not recommended as it won't taste as good.

The best way to cook a fully cooked ham is to put it in a roasting pan and heat it in the oven.

To heat the sliced ham in the oven.

Preheat oven to 325 F. Wrap ham in foil and place, cut side down, in a pan with a roasting rack.

Place pan in oven and cook (allow about 10 to 14 minutes per pound of meat.).

When digital meat thermometer, inserted in thickest part of ham, registers 100 to 110 F, remove ham from oven and unwrap.
