To freeze cucumbers you should slice the cucumbers up into even slices around 1/4 inch thick and then lay the cucumber slices on parchment paper lined baking sheet.

After that place the cucumbers in the freezer on the baking sheet for around 2 hours.

Then transfer the cucumbers into an airtight container or freezer bag and then place them back in the freezer.
