Although the meat won't be as fresh as it was before refreezing it after cooking it.
The meat will still be safe to eat after you freeze it twice after being cooked.
I do the same thing when I cook too much meat at once and then I refreeze it and heat the meat back up a few times after cooking it to eat again later.
Makes for some quick meals since the meat can just be dropped into some stew and thawed out and ready to eat without waiting for hours for it to cook again.
