Lean Meat, Shellfish, eggs, fried foods, processed meats, baked goods and sweets, red meat, steak, ground beef, pork chops, ribs, beef roast, whole milk, butter, full fat yogurt and cheese that is high in saturated fats.

The cheese that is good for high cholesterol are non fat cheeses, ricotta cheese and Cottage Cheese.

These types of cheeses are good for high cholesterol because they contain lower amounts of saturated fats and cholesterol than other cheeses.

You can eat cheese if you have high cholesterol but you should only eat cheese sparingly when you have high cholesterol.

Eating small amounts of cheese with high cholesterol is okay but eating too much cheese with high cholesterol can raise your cholesterol levels.

The butter that is best for high cholesterol is grass fed butter or light butter.
