When you can't digest meat it means you have a meat intolerance or a medical condition called Lysinuric Protein Intolerance.

The Lysinuric Protein Intolerance is the inability to digest and use certain protein building blocks (amino acids), namely lysine, arginine, and ornithine.

Meat intolerance refers to your body's difficulty in digesting meat (beef, lamb, and pork) and experiencing adverse physical reactions to them.

This condition, while not life-threatening, could be a sign of other issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or Crohn's disease.

When meat is making you feel sick all of a sudden it is either that the meat is bad or you have developed and intolerance to the meat.

Some people have intolerance's and digestive issues with certain meats and some people have intolerance's and digestive issues with all meats.

Meat and poultry are great sources of protein.

Although many humans choose to eat both plants and meat, earning us the dubious title of “omnivore,” we're anatomically herbivorous.

The good news is that if you want to eat like our ancestors, you still can: Nuts, vegetables, fruit, and legumes are the basis of a healthy vegan lifestyle.

When separated from the rest, vegans had a 15% lower risk of dying prematurely from all causes, indicating that a vegan diet may indeed help people live longer than those who adhere to vegetarian or omnivorous eating patterns.

And people who don't eat meat vegetarians generally eat fewer calories and less fat, weigh less, and have a lower risk of heart disease than non vegetarians do.

Even reducing meat intake has a protective effect.
