Plain peanut butter is gluten free as peanuts do not contain any gluten.

Although peanut butter with other ingredients can contain gluten depending on the ingredients.

Popcorn does not have any gluten as popcorn is a natural gluten free food.

So if you have Celiac disease and a gluten allergy you can enjoy and eat popcorn without any issues.

Chocolate is gluten free although flavored chocolates with additional ingredients may contain gluten.

But chocolate itself is gluten free.
