To keep lobster tails from curling you skewer the meat.

To make a lobster tail stay straight during the grilling process, run a skewer through it lengthwise.

If you're working with extra-large tails, cut them in half before skewering.

You do cut lobster tail before boiling.

To cut lobster tail before boiling use a strong pair of kitchen shears and cut through the top of the shell with the bottom blade right above the bottom shell.

Don't cut through the bottom of the tail shell, the wide end of the tail, or the tail fan.

Just through the top shell and the meat.

Cut the lobster tails along the top of the shell, from the edge of the tail straight down the middle lengthwise to the bottom of the tail.

Carefully place the lobster tails in the boiling water, and boil for 1 minute per ounce of tail.

For 4 ounce tails, boil for 4 minutes.

Lobster tails should be boiled and cooked until the lobster tails are bright red and the meat turns white and tender.

Each lobster tails takes around 1 minute per ounce to cook.

To cook lobster tails bring a large stockpot of salted water to a boil and then reduce the heat slightly but keep water at a gentle boil so it's stronger than a simmer but weaker than a rolling boil.

When cooking lobster tails it's best to boil the lobster tails which prevents the lobster tails from sticking to the shell.

Although baked lobster tails are still good but boiling the lobster tails is the best way to go.

The best way to cook lobster at home is to boil the lobster at high heat.

Place the lobster head first into a pot of boiling water and boil the lobster for around 18 minutes.

You can also steam the lobster as well.

It's better to steam lobsters if you want the lobster meat to be more tender.

However if you are cooking a lot of lobster such as for a crowd of people then boiling the lobster is better.

Lobsters are cooked and boiled alive and the boiling of the lobster kills the lobster and cooks it.

You simply bring the pot of water to a boil and then place the live lobster into the boiling water and then you remove the meat off the lobster once it's cooked and dead.

When cooking a lobster you get water boiling hot and then place the still alive lobster directly into the boiling water and you cook the whole lobster alive.

The boiling water then kills the lobster and when it's cooked the lobster will be dead as a result of the boiling water and then you can remove the shell and anything else from the lobster.

For every lb of lobster you boil the lobster for 7 minutes per lb of lobster.

Add some salt to the water as well.

You can also bake the lobster alive as well by placing the lobster in a baking dish alive and then cooking it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
