Cheerios make you poop because of the fiber that Cheerios contain.

Cheerios contain insoluble fiber which works to increase your poop size and alleviate constipation so you poop more when eating Cheerios.

It is OK to eat Cheerios everyday as Cheerios are healthy but you should also eat other breakfast foods such as toast, bananas, apples, pears, oatmeal, eggs etc to keep a balanced and healthy diet.

Oatmeal is healthier than cheerios.

Although cheerios are also healthy for your heart and healthy for you the oatmeal is more nutritious and more heart healthy.

If you eat oatmeal everyday for a month you will improve your heart health, reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke and lower your blood pressure.

By eating oatmeal every day, you can also lower your total cholesterol level, reduce the 'bad' LDL cholesterol, and increase your 'good' HDL cholesterol levels.

Eating oatmeal can also help keep your bowels working properly due to the fiber contained in oatmeal.

Any more than 250 grams or a cup or bowl of oatmeal per day is considered too much.

However some people are okay with eating a few bowls of oatmeal per day as it can vary from person to person.

There are a few disadvantages of eating oats which include bloating and gas and possible constipation when you eat too much of the oats.

However oats have more advantages than disadvantages when it comes to eat oats.

Oats are very heart healthy and help prevent heart disease, stroke, heart attacks and much more.

Oats and oatmeal do not need to be cooked to eat them.

You can just pour some milk or water into a bowl of oats and eat the oats without cooking them.

Some people eat oats and oatmeal like cereal which is okay although some people prefer to warm the oats or oatmeal up.

It's better to eat oats cooked instead of raw but you can eat oats raw if you prefer but raw oats can be harder to digest.

You can eat dry oatmeal although the dry oatmeal can be hard to get down and may cause you to cough and dry oatmeal may lead to digestive issues and the dry oatmeal may build up in your stomach.

However it is safe and okay to eat dry oatmeal if you want but they are much easier to digest and eat when soaked in some water or milk.

It is OK to eat uncooked oatmeal.

You can eat oatmeal uncooked or cooked and some people prefer to just add some milk or water to the oatmeal and eat it like cereal which is healthy as well.

Oatmeal can taste better when cooked but it's okay to eat oatmeal raw if you want too.

I've eaten oatmeal with and without milk raw for several years now and I've never gotten sick from it.
