Cereal is OK before bed and having a bowl of cereal before bed can help you sleep and get a good nights sleep.

Cereal is a great snack or food before bed.

Cereal tastes better at night because of the  the body's internal clock, which is also known as the circadian system, causes the body to crave sweeter or saltier foods at night.

Some people find it weird to pour milk before cereal as most people pour the cereal first and then pour the milk over the cereal.

However you should make your cereal the way you want to make it no matter if someone finds it weird or not.

Either way you make you cereal is not wrong.

You should put the cereal before the milk and not the milk before the cereal.

For the perfect bowl of cereal you want to put the cereal in the bowl first and then put the milk over the cereal as it ensures the cereal is coated properly with the milk.

The right way to eat cereal is to start by pouring a small portion of cereals in the bowl, followed by a larger quantity of milk.

Eat the cereal, then add a similar portion again.

Repeat until there's no more milk left in the bowl. It's like constantly eating the top layer of a cereal bowl and never reaching the soggy phase of breakfast cereals.

The reason we eat cereal with milk is because milk contains fat which gives the cereal flavor as well as coats the cereal and keeps the cereal from getting soggy as quickly as it would with water.

Eating cereal with water is good although it's not as tasty as it is with milk.

Cereal tastes much better with milk but you can eat cereal with water if you prefer.

Cereal is meant to be eaten cold with milk.

However you can eat warm cereal if you prefer or eat the cereal without milk but cereal tastes much better and easier to eat with milk.

Cereal is a healthy breakfast as cereal is filling and nutritious but cereals are also processed which means they are not the healthiest breakfast but they certainly are not bad for you.

While cereals is often considered a nutritious choice for children and adults, many types of cereals are highly processed and rich in refined grains and added sugar.

Eating too much added sugar may contribute to a variety of chronic health conditions, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and liver problems

Cereal is also a good healthy breakfast for weight loss because cereal diet can be rich in whole grains and fiber, which are associated with better health outcomes, including a lower risk of death from all causes and increased weight loss.

You should also eat oatmeal, bananas, other fruits, eggs, toast etc for breakfast.

Given the fact that cereal lacks many of the important nutrients responsible for keeping you full, like protein and fiber, you'll be looking for your next meal or snack in no time.

This can often lead to overeating and constant snacking, two incredibly unhealthy eating habits.

Some good healthy breakfasts are.

Eggs. Eggs make a simple, nutritious breakfast choice.
Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is a great option if you're looking for a quick breakfast.
Coffee. Aside from water, coffee is the world's most popular beverage.
    Oatmeal.
    Chia seeds.
    Berries.
    Cottage cheese.
    Whole wheat toast.
