You can use chicken broth or other broth including beef broth instead of water for making minute rice.

Using chicken broth, beef broth or other broth instead of water when cooking minute rice can add flavor to the minute rice and make it taste better.

You can also cook regular rice in broth instead of water to increase the flavor of the rice.

Some things you can add to Minute Rice for flavor are spices, hot sauce, broth, garlic, herbs, onion, cheese.

Some ways to make your minute rice taste better are.

Add Herbs.
Cook It In Broth. Instead of filling your pot with water, use vegetable or chicken broth for a rich-tasting bowl of rice.
Add Cilantro And Lime.
Drizzle On Soy Sauce.
Sprinkle On Furikake.
Mix In Salsa.
Add Beans.
Put An Egg On It.

To cook Minute Rice you can cook it in the microwave or on the stove.

When cooking minute rice in the microwave put the minute rice into a microwave safe bowl and add some water to cover the rice.

Then cook the minute rice for around 5 minutes or until it's done enough for you.

On the stove place the minute rice in a pot and fill the pot with water to cover the minute rice and bring it to a boil then allow to simmer for a few minutes or so until it's done.

To prepare your minute rice on the stove the directions are as follows.

Remove film from cup. Empty contents into a small skillet or saucepan and break up any clumps.
Add 1 tablespoon of water (or broth, juice) and heat on low for 1-2 minutes until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Minute rice is a one to one ratio. So, for every one cup of rice, you add one cup of liquid

To cook instant white rice on the stove, first boil 1 cup of water in a medium pot, or use chicken or vegetable stock for added flavor.

Once the water or stock is at a full boil, stir in 1 cup of instant white rice, and then cover the pot and remove it from the stove.

Instant rice is white rice that has been fully cooked and then dehydrated before being packaged and sold.

It cooks in just a few minutes, but the flavor and texture are inferior to normal rice cooked, start to finish, in a more traditional manner.

Either raw or parboiled rice can then be blanched, steamed, rinsed and dehydrated to become 'instant' rice."

Basically, minute rice is rice that has been stopped just short of being fully cooked, so you just need to do the final few minutes of cooking yourself.
