Noodles are indeed a junk food especially instant noodles such as ramen noodles with the spice pack as they can contain a lot of sodium which when consumed in excess can be unhealthy and be bad for your heart and blood pressure.

Noodles are a junk food.

While noodles can be nutritious they are considered a junk food especially if they are the noodles such as ramen instant noodles or noodles with other non healthy spice packets and too much sodium.

The healthiest noodles are noodles such as macaroni and cheese, macaroni noodles spaghetti etc.

Surprisingly noodles are one of the most favorite junk food among young people of all age groups.

Whether the noodles are eaten as a snack, tiffin or midnight hunger pangs, noodles is the first choice.

Noodles contain an excess amount of carbohydrates which are converted by our body into sugar, which if not utilized will deposit as fat in our body.

The majority of instant noodles are low in calories, but are also low in fiber and protein.

Not only that but they are also notorious for being high in fat, carbohydrates, and sodium.

While you will be able to get some micronutrients from instant noodles, they lack important nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and more.

In moderation, including instant noodles in your diet likely won't come with any negative health effects.

But, they are low in nutrients, so don't use them as a staple in your diet.

What's more, frequent consumption is linked to poor diet quality and an increased risk of metabolic syndrome.

As long as you're eating more healthy foods then it's okay to eat noodles and even instant noodles.

Also eating noodles every day means loading your body with the amount of sodium you do not even need!
