A 12 oz bag of cranberries equals 3 cups of cranberries.

There are 3 cups (750 mL) of cranberries in one 340 g bag.

So if you need 3 cups of cranberries you would need one 12 oz bag of cranberries and if you need 6 cups of cranberries you would need two 12 oz bags of cranberries.

Cranberry sauce goes with Turkey as well as beef, pork and chicken.

Although we most commonly serve cranberry sauce with Turkey it does go well with other meats as well.

You can even put cranberry sauce on some bread and make a cranberry sauce sandwich as well.

Cranberry sauce can be frozen to extend the shelf life of the cranberry sauce.

You can freeze cranberry sauce, and freezing the homemade kind if actually better than freezing that canned stuff because your recipe probably has more natural ingredients in it.

Cranberries can be frozen fresh, cooked, dried, or even in juice form, so there's no reason why it can't be frozen as a sauce.

Rather than storing your canned cranberry sauce in its original packaging, though, be sure to transfer it to an airtight, freezer-friendly container.

Anything stored in the freezer needs a tight seal to prevent freezer burn and unwanted odors.

Cranberry Sauce is supposed to be served cold traditionally.

Cranberry Sauce is traditionally served cold or chilled although you can warm it up if you want too.

Some people warm up canned cranberry sauce and some people just serve the canned cranberry sauce cold or at room temperature right out of the can.

You can serve the canned cranberry sauce either way.

My mom would warm up canned cranberry sauce before she served it and my Grandma always served the canned cranberry sauce cold.

It's all up to you and is a personal preference.

If you prefer the canned cranberry sauce warm then warm it up but if not you can serve it cold or at room temperature.

Cranberry sauce is usually served cold or chilled.

But if you want to heat the cranberry sauce up you can do so.

I like my cranberry sauce heated up so that it's warm but not too hot as it tastes better than being chilled or served cold.

However I do sometimes like to make cranberry sauce sandwiches by placing cold cranberry sauce out of the can onto some bread and eat it that way.

But when you eat cranberry sauce for Christmas or Thanksgiving dinner it's traditionally served cold or chilled but it's okay to eat it warmed up if that's the way you prefer it.
