Drinking apple cider vinegar does help to keep mosquitoes away as it makes your bodies sweat smell like Apple Cider Vinegar and Vinegar which mosquitoes hate.

You can also use vinegar as a mosquito repellent as well.

Vicks Vapor Rub does repel mosquitoes.

Mosquitoes hate the smell and scent of Vicks VapoRub and will stay away from you when you have it on you.

To keep mosquitoes away from you with Vicks Vapor Rub just apply small dabs on your ankles, wrists, neck, inner elbows, knees and behind your ears.

Dryer sheets do repel mosquitos as mosquitos hate the scent of the dryer sheets and will avoid areas where the dryer sheets are.

Bounce Fabric Softener also Keeps Mosquitoes and Gnats Away.

To repel mosquitoes you should have at least 5 or 6 tiki torches to repel the mosquitoes.

Tiki Torches should also be placed 6 to 8 feet apart.

Citronella incense sticks as well as citronella does work to repel some mosquitoes although some mosquitoes may be attracted to the Citronella.

The difference between lemongrass and Citronella is that citronella has red or magenta base stems while lemon grass has green base stems.

Citronella plants (or Pelargonium citrosum) are commonly thought to be the best at repelling mosquitos.

However, Lemongrass (or Cymbopogon) is superior.

The reason your off citronella candle says not intended to repel mosquitoes is because the scent of the citronella candle is usually not strong enough to repel all mosquitoes.

So using the citronella candle may not repel all mosquitoes so they put that message as they don't intend it to repel mosquitoes.

However the Citronella candle can sometimes repel some mosquitoes.

Smells that mosquitoes hate are lavender, peppermint oil, geranium oil, cinnamon bark oil, lemon eucalyptus oil, citronella oil, catnip, rosemary, and pine oil.

The bamboo torches and Tiki Torches do keep mosquitoes away but only from the area around them.

If you use both Tiki Torches or Bamboo Torches and Citronella candles together you can help keep more mosquitoes away.

You can also use a fan to keep the mosquitoes away from you and the area you're in as well.

Tiki Bitefighter does really work to repel bugs and mosquitoes.

Tiki Bitefighter from my own experience works a bit better than citronella and regular Tiki Torch Fuel.

The ingredients of Tiki Bitefighter are.

Ingredients Active Ingredients: Cedar Oil (0.8%), Citronella (0.2%). Inert Ingredients: Mineral Oil (99%).

Tiki Torches do help repel mosquitoes but not very good.

The Tiki Torches however will usually keep some mosquitoes away near the Tiki Torches from my own experience.

Candles or tiki torches contain citronella oil and are released as a smoke, which confuses mosquitoes and hinders their ability to smell the carbon dioxide and lactic acids that attract them to you.

A fire pit will keep mosquitoes away from you.

Having a fire in a fire pit can help repel mosquitoes as the mosquitoes hate the smoke and will also want to avoid the fire.

You can also use fans to help keep mosquitoes off of you as well as the mosquitoes won't be able to fly in the wind that the fans make.

We can and should kill off most mosquitoes that are around people because they do carry disease but we cannot and should not kill off the entire population of mosquitoes and make them go extinct.

It's impossible to kill off every mosquito because there are millions of mosquitoes on earth and more are being born each day.

Mosquitoes are a food source for fish so by killing off the mosquitoes you reduce the amount of food that the fish have to eat.

Even flies which are annoying cannot be killed off completely and they should not be anyway because they are beneficial to the earth.

Making flies go extinct completely would not be doable.

Although we can kill the flies that are flying around and bothering us there's no way to kill off all the flies in the world because there are billions of flies on earth.

Also flies multiply really faster and faster than you can kill all of them off.

The best thing that you can do is just kill off all the flies that are around you or kill off most of the flies that are around you.

However no matter how many flies you kill there will be more flies the next summer to bother you.

Flies are annoying but they are actually beneficial to the earth.

The purpose of flies is to pollinate plants, consume decomposing bodies, eat the sludge in your drainpipes, damage crops, spread disease, kill spiders, hunt dragonflies.

There are around 17 million flies per each person so it would be impossible to kill off the entire population of flies as there's more flies around than there are humans.
