Is it okay to put a fully cooked ham back into the freezer and refreeze the fully cooked ham?

Yes you can refreeze a fully cooked ham without any problems.

Just wrap the ham in some Saran wrap or something similar and the fully cooked ham should be good for a few months or longer in the freezer.

If the ham is sliced then you can get those air tight food bags that you pull the air out of the bag and it will make the ham last longer in the freezer.
