The reason you crave Cheetos and other snacks is because of the rich fat and salt content which gives your brain pleasure.

There's the initial snap, followed by the layer of salt, the puff of cheese, and the buttery-rich fat that melts on the tongue.

Although it sounds counterintuitive, you may crave spicy foods when you're feeling hot or overheated.

That's because certain spicy foods may work to cool your body down.

Chili peppers contain capsaicin, the compound that gives peppers their signature spicy flavor.

Hot Cheetos do not burn holes in your stomach because the spiciness is not strong enough as the stomach acid eats the Hot Cheetos up before they would have a chance to eat a hole in your stomach.

Also stomach acid would leak out of any hole and cause irritation but wouldn't erode.

Although it is true that spicy snacks can cause gastrointestinal distress, it is false to say they are toxic or cause cancer or ulcers.

Poop can turn orange or red in color from eating Hot Cheetos because of the food dye in the Hot Cheetos.

It's normal and once you stop eating the Hot Cheetos your poop should turn back to normal brown color.

Hot Cheetos can make your poop red when you eat enough of them.

Because the spicy snack Hot Cheetos contains a lot of red food dye, it can turn the stools of people who eat large quantities red or orange which is normal and nothing to worry about.

Spicy food can hurt poop.

When you eat spicy food you can have burning poop which burns your anus when you poop.

It's nothing harmful and happens to everyone who eats enough spicy poop.

When capsaicin binds to TRPV1, it causes sensations of heat and pain and increases the rate that food is passed through the gut.

Unfortunately, some capsaicin passes through your gut undigested, 'and this will have a direct effect on the sensitive skin around the anus

Healthy poop should appear as and look like a sausage or log with a smooth surface and be relatively easy to pass and be brown in color.

However healthy poop can be either brown or even green in color and still be healthy.

A healthy poop, should reflect a mixture of all the colors of the food you eat and that bile.

Almost any shade of brown, or even green, is considered OK.

Normal poop color is brown.

This is due to the presence of bile in the stool.

Normal poop color can range from light yellow to brown to almost black.

However if your poop is red, maroon, black, clay-colored, pale, yellow, or green this may signify a problem.

Bile from the liver creates the typical brown hue of a healthy bowel movement.

When the poop is very pale, it often means that not enough bile is reaching the poop.

Problems with the gallbladder, pancreas, or liver are reasons why poop may not contain enough bile.

Normally poop should be brown, have a peanut-butter texture, and look like a sausage.

If you have abnormal colors, it may be due to something you ingested.

But it may also be due to serious illness.

If it's abnormal once, it's likely nothing to worry about.

Symptoms of an intestinal blockage include severe belly pain or cramping, vomiting, not being able to pass stool or gas, and other signs of belly distress.

Floating poop is often an indication of high fat content, which can be a sign of malabsorption, a condition in which you can't absorb enough fat and other nutrients from the food you're ingesting.
