You can eat scrambled eggs the next day as long as the scrambled eggs have been refrigerated.

Scrambled Eggs are good for around 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

However if the scrambled eggs have been left out overnight then they should be thrown out as they can contain bacteria.

You should not eat scrambled eggs that were left out overnight.

Scrambled eggs or other cooked eggs are only safe at room temperature for up to 2 hours before they go bad and are considered no longer safe to eat.

If you eat scrambled eggs or other cooked eggs that were left out overnight then you could get sick and food borne illnesses.

After 2 hours of the scrambled eggs or other cooked eggs sitting out overnight they can grow bacteria and be unsafe to eat.

If you're not eating the scrambled eggs or cooked eggs within 2 hours they should be kept refrigerated.

If you do leave scrambled eggs or cooked eggs out overnight or longer than 2 hours they should be thrown out.

Never leave cooked eggs or egg dishes out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours or for more than 1 hour when temperatures are above 90° F.

Bacteria that can cause illness grow quickly at warm temperatures (between 40° F and 140° F).

In most cases, your body will recover from the symptoms of bad eggs within a few days.

While you are sick, try to stay hydrated by drinking water, ginger ale or diluted sports drinks.

If you are very old or young or have a compromised immune system, call your doctor.

A bad egg will give off a foul odor when a person cracks the shell open.

This smell will be present even if the person has already cooked the egg.

In some cases, when an egg is very old or rotten, a person can smell the foul odor before cracking it open.
