Cooked beef is not considered OK or safe to eat when left out overnight due to bacteria that can grow in the cooked ground beef.

However I admit I have eaten cooked beef I left out overnight a few times before and never gotten sick but I could not afford to throw the food out at the time.

However now I would personally not eat any cooked beef left out overnight because while you may not get sick it still is possible.

Cooked Ground Beef can sit out at room temperature for up to 2 hours.

After 2 hours the cooked ground beef can grow bacteria and start to spoil so it should not be left out longer than a few hours.

If the cooked ground beef or other ground meats including ground turkey has been left out longer than a few hours then it should not be eaten as it could cause sickness and food poisoning.

However if you eat it then you may or may not get sick but the risk is up to you.

Personally I would not risk the sickness from eating any cooked meats left out longer than 2 hours.

Cooked ground turkey cannot and should not be left out overnight.

Even cooked ground turkey can still go bad and grow bacteria when left out overnight or for even 2 hours.

It's recommended that you should refrigerate any leftover ground turkey or other cooked meats within 2 hours of cooking it.

Cooked turkey and other cooked meats should not be left out of the fridge for more than two hours at the most, because foodborne bacteria will start to grow in meat that is kept between 40 and 140 degrees F.

Cooked food sitting at room temperature is in what the USDA calls the “Danger Zone,” which is between 40°F and 140°F.

In this range of temperatures, bacteria grows rapidly and the food can become unsafe to eat, so it should only be left out no more than two hours.

If a perishable food (such as meat or poultry) has been left out at room temperature overnight (more than two hours) it may not be safe.

Discard it, even though it may look and smell good. Never taste a food to see if it is spoiled.

Once cooked, you should store your turkey leftovers in the refrigerator within a couple of hours and when cool.

Cooker turkey can be kept in the fridge for three to four days.

The first step is to store the turkey properly.

Don't just toss it on a plate and stash it in the refrigerator; exposing the meat to air overnight is the quickest way to create a dry crust on the surface.

Once cooled, keep leftover turkey tightly covered or—better yet—in a sealed container.

Ground turkey, or minced turkey, is a mixture of dark and light turkey meat with remaining skin and visible fat processed together until a "ground" form emerges.

The turkey meat, skin, and fat is taken off the bone and processed with additives.

Ground beef and turkey are both nutritious meats that provide protein, fat, and a variety of vitamins and minerals.

Turkey is generally lower in saturated fat than beef.

As such, it may be a better choice for heart health.

Fat-free turkey is also the lowest calorie option if you're interested in weight loss.

With a similar texture, ground chicken or ground turkey can be superb substitutes for ground beef.

The poultry is a bit paler than beef, which can change the appearance of some dishes, but they still taste equally delicious.
