Swinging is very good exercise.

When you swing it's both good exercise for your body as well as your mind.

When you swing you pump your legs up and down which helps to increase blood blow and prevent blood clots as well as reduce your risk of heart attack, stroke etc.

Swinging is also good mentally as it reduces stress, anxiety and is a lot of fun.

Swinging on swings is not just for kids and anyone of any age can use a swing to play on and have fun.

Swing seats are made strong enough for adults as well as children.

The weight limit for swings depends on the swing.

Some swings have a weight limit of around 100 lbs to 200 lbs and some swings have a weight limit of up to 600 lbs.

The cheaper metal child swing sets usually hold up to 100 to 130 lbs before they start to bend.

The more expensive commercial type swings and swing frames can hold up to 600 lbs or more.

Wooden Play Set Swings can usually hold up to 600 lbs as well depending on how strong the wood is.
