Anyone here know what the daily follow limit is on pinterest website?

How many other pinterest users can I follow per day?

You are allowed to follow up to 50,000 other pinterest accounts per day.

That's a lot of people to follow per day. I would never get anywhere near the 50,000 per day limit on pinterest.

500 at most is all I could follow on pinterest per day.
