Why does my windstream DSL Speed drop at night?

I've been with Windstream for about 6 month now. For some reason, like now my DSL Speed through windstream drops down to hardly nothing.

It picks back up during the day. But I'm at work during the day when the speed is greatest. I only have time to browse the net during the night and can't hardly do so because of the slow speed.

Anyone else experiencing this with windstream?

They still haven't gotten that fixed? When I was with windstream a few years ago I had that same problem.

I think the problem is they're oversold and have too many users bogging down the line at night.
