Can I have 2 Paypal accounts using the same name and address?

Are we allowed to have two Paypal accounts using the same address and name and bank accounts linked to one another?

Paypal only allows one individual account per person. But you can have 2 Paypal accounts if one is for individual use and the other is for Business use.
