Why does my computer monitor say no signal when It's hooked to computer?

One of my computer monitors says no signal but it's hooked to a working computer. The monitor says the same thing on my other computer.

If the computer monitor still doesn't work on another computer then a circuit board is likely out in your computer monitor.
