To change your website from not secure to secure you need to install an SSL certificate and ensure the SSL certificate is installed correctly.
Also be sure all images and files on your website are being linked through https and not http.
You can also and should also force https on your website.
The way to fix a website not secure depends on if you're the website owner or you're just a website visitor.
If you're just visiting the website then you can tweak some settings in your browser to allow you to visit the website without the warning of the website not secure.
Also make sure the time on your computer is correct as well as the date as that can throw off the SSL and show it as not secure.
If you're the website owner you would need to make sure the SSL is installed correctly and make sure the SSL is not expired.
If a website is showing not secure on Safari web browser it could be cause the site you're visiting has not setup the SSL certificate or there are errors with the SSL certificate.
Sometimes a website may have an SSL certificate installed but it may have expired or it may be that some files such as images may be linked with http and not https
