Old brake rotors can be recycled.

You can take your old brake rotors to a scrap metal yard if you have enough of them and get paid for them.

Usually you need a good amount of brake rotors to sell to make any decent money.

But if you have 2,000 lbs of the brake rotors then you could make $100.00 to $200.00 depending on the scrap metal price.

Brake rotors, brake shoes, brake drums etc can all be recycled because they are made of steel which can be easily recycled over and over.

If you just have a few brake rotors or brake drums to dispose of and recycle you can drop them off at a scrap metal yard or put an ad on Craigslist etc and have someone come pick them up.

Some people go around picking up scrap metal to sell and they will come by and take the scrap brake rotors, scrap brake drums etc.
