Does "credit" mean I am to receive money?
I have a bill that says credit does that mean that they are gonna send me money back?

Credit means that you've paid more than the bill amount. You can request a refund of the money but if you don't need the money and it's a small amount I would just let them credit the over payment to the new bill.
