Years ago when I was 18 I went to jail over a fight with some neighbors. We got drunk and got into a fight and I was charged with underage drinking and assault and battery.
I was so drunk I didn't even realize I had gone to jail until I woke up the next morning in a jail cell. It really wasn't that scary.
It's not a great place to be and I haven't went back and I hope I never do but it wasn't really a scary place to be. It just sucks to be locked up and not having freedom.
