What is a comfortable temperature for a home in the winter?

How comfortable a house will feel to you at different temperatures will depend on the person. Some people feel comfortable with a 65 F house temp and some need it to be 80 F.

For me I feel comfortable at 70 F. But if the temp outside drops below freezing then I need the temperature in my house to be at least 75 F to feel comfortable without wearing a sweater.

I prefer to keep my home temperature at 75 F when awake and then 65 F when I'm asleep.

I like my house to be really warm especially when I need to be naked and take a shower as I cannot stand taking a shower when my house is cooler than 75 in the winter.
