Yes you can get done in for drink and driving on a mobility scooter.
Drinking and driving on a mobility scooter can get you the same DUI ticket and arrest for driving drunk on the mobility scooter just like you can get arrested and ticketed for DUI in a vehicle.
You can even get arrested for drinking and driving on a horse, riding a bicycle, riding an ATV, riding a motorcycle etc.
Although driving a mobility scooter drunk will get you in a less serious crash hopefully it's still illegal to drive your mobility scooter and be drunk.
