How to get neighbor to clean up there eyesore of a yard?

My neighbor has lots of junk in his yard. Junk appliances on A trailer he tears apart, and 5 different riding lawn mowers sitting out as well as 5 other junk push mowers and lots of other misc junk.

How can I get him to clean this up? It's an eyesore and I hate looking at it when I sit on my back porch.

Maybe try talking to him to get him to put up a fence around his stuff?

If that doesn't work you might have to go to the city council meeting and see what they say.

If that fails, then there's not much else you can do.

He might be down on his luck and trying to sell the metal to help with bills.

If it were me though I'd just leave him alone.
