The Exploitation of a child is when an adult uses a child which is under 18 years old for profit, labor, sexual gratification, or some other personal or financial advantage.
For example if someone takes nude photos of a minor and then sells those nude photos online that would be one form of child exploitation and also child porn which is highly illegal.
If caught with child porn and even possessing child porn you can get 10 to 25 years in prison.
If someone has sex with a child then they can get 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
Exploitation of a child or even possession of child porn will also get you on the sex offender list which should be done.
I never even have pics of my own kids naked because although it can be innocent I don't want to have naked pics of any kids including mine.
it just doesn't seem right even though they are my own kids.
