Some Turtles do make a screaming sound.
I've been around a few turtles that made a screaming sound but it's not them screaming because they do not have vocal cords.
What you hear when a turtle is screaming is basically air being expelled from it's lungs although it seems like screaming.

When turtles mate the male turtle will climb onto a female turtles back while she is swimming horizontally in the water.
The male turtle will then insert his penis into the female turtles vagina and then have sex or intercourse with the female turtle just like a human would have sex and mate with each other.
Basically the male and female turtle have sex with each other just like humans do.
Male Turtles have the penis and the female turtle has the vagina that the males turtle is inserted in.
