No there cannot be fire in space.

To have fire the fire needs oxygen to burn and without oxygen the fire cannot burn so you would not be able to have a fire in space.

That is unless you were in something that had oxygen supplied to it and then you started the fire in the oxygenated place.

But if you were to go out of the spacecraft and then try to light a fire or build a fire out of the spacecraft then the fire would not light.

You would not even be able to get a match or a lighter lit to even try lighting the fire.

So it's impossible to light or have a fire in space.

On earth you can have fires because there is oxygen that fuels the fire.

Just like when you cover up a candle the flame goes out because you're starving the fire of oxygen.

Fires always require oxygen to burn and to light and without the oxygen no fire is possible.
