The closest living thing to a dinosaur that lives today are birds such as chickens.

Birds and especially chickens are considered to be the closet living thing to a dinosaur and actually birds and chickens evolved from dinosaurs as well as birds did too.

Birds and chickens in reality are just smaller versions of those larger dinosaurs that roamed the earth all those millions of years ago.

When you see a chicken or other bird and especially a stork they are the closest animals to dinosaurs that are alive today.

Crocodiles are also considered dinosaurs as well.

So in reality dinosaurs do exist still but just in smaller versions.
