There used to be around 20 to 50 bank robberies per day in the world.
However now and in today's world the banks are more secured and have security cameras and most bank tellers are sitting behind bullet proof glass.
So less bank robberies happen per day and per year than the amount of bank robberies that happened all the years past.
Most bank robbers who do get money only get around $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 at most.
Not many bank robberies happen anymore although some banks do still get robbed by the stupid bank robbers who do not know much.
Robbing a bank today is really not worth it unlike in years past.
You're gonna get caught soon after the bank robbery and spend between 15 to 25 years in prison for robbing around $3,000.00 at most.
Also the money usually has ink that gets splattered on the money and even on the bank robbers hands.
So usually the money that is robbed from a bank becomes useless anyway.
