If you don't already have one get a portable upholstery cleaner machine that you mix cleaning solution in and then you put the upholstery cleaner nozzle on the mattress and then suck the urine out of the mattress that way.
Next I'd recommend getting a mattress protector to put on your sons mattress that you can just throw in the washing machine when it gets wet from urine.
