Yes wolves and bears do get along.
Wolves and bears have evolved together and they do not even compete for the same food.
Also wolves will rarely want to take on a bear because the wolf knows that the bear is much stronger than them so if they see that a fight might be coming on the wolf would rather take off and get away from the bear instead of fighting them.
As far as we know as of now no bear has ever gotten into fights with a wolf but it could've happened many years ago.
Still though when bears and wolves are near each other they usually do get along with each other really good without ever resorting to fighting.
