Yes there are some black panthers that live in Arkansas.
I've heard that there were no black panthers in Arkansas but that is not true as there are some black panthers that roam about in the state of Arkansas.
The last time I was in Arkansas a few years ago camping I was sitting at a picnic table eating and I did see a black panther.
I sure wish I would've had my camera out with me but I didn't.
I wanted to get a picture of it but some people have gotten pictures of black panthers in Arkansas so it's possible for black panthers to be in Arkansas.
Mountain Lions are also a pretty good sight in Arkansas and more mountain lions live in Arkansas than black panthers do.
